When you hear the name Blue Meanie you usually think about The Beatles Yellow Submarine, OR if your a TRUE ECW or WRESTLING fan you would think of three simple words... WE'RE TAKING OVER! And that is just what they did. Da Blue Guy Blue Meanie got his start in pro wrestling out of Al Snow's 'Bodyslammers Pro Wrestling Gym' in Lima, Ohio in March of 1994. He continued to wrestle in various indy wrestling promotions until being noticed by Raven and Stevie Richards at a Steel City Wrestling show in Pittsburgh and asked by Raven to become Steve Richards' sidekick in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). He went on to become The Blue Meanie (sometimes just known as Da Blue Guy or The Blue Boy). He debuted at the 1995 November 2 Remember event. He was the 'flunky' of Stevie Richards' as he was the 'flunky' of Raven. Himself, Richards' and Hollywood Nova performed several skits but their most famous and remembered was bWo, a parady of World Championship Wrestling's top group nWo. Meanie played the role of 'Da Blue Guy' in the bWo., Lampooning Scott Hall, who often used the nickname 'The Bad Guy'.

Meanie made his debut in (at the time) the World Wrestling Federation on the November 22nd 1998 edition of WWF Sunday Night HEAT. He spent some time in WWF as part of Al Snow's J.O.B. Squad. He rose to short prominence as 'Bluedust' a revival of a 1996 mockery  of the Goldust character he used in ECW, this time paired with Goldust himself. In a memorable moment, Bluedust caused Goldust to lose to Gillberg, a parody character of World Championship Wrestling's Goldberg.

In 2000 Blue Meanie now known as "Blue Boy" returned to ECW appearing with his girlfriend (and porn star) Jasmin St. Claire. During this period he had lost over 100 pounds of weight. His gimmick was that of an arrogant stud who would insult the looks and weight of fans and other wrestling, in an ironic twist. Blue Meanie had a match with Tracy Smothers at Hardcore Homecoming in 2005 and appeared with Raven during the Raven vs Sandman Match. The next night he appeared at World Wrestling Entertainment Promoted ECW One Night Stand 2005. He would make the headlines for the event because of a altercation that happend between him and John Bradshaw Layfield live on Pay Per View. He was bloodied and deliberatly (and legitamately) injured by the WWE Superstar. A few weeks after the incident he announced he had signed a short-term deal with World Wrestling Entertainment to reform the bWo with Richards and Simon Dean (formerly Nova). He was slated to appear at the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling produced and promoted TNA HardCORE Justice 2010 Pay Per View but couldn't attend and was replaced by the 'fake Blue Meanie' named 'Blue Tilly'. In 2012 he apperead at the Shane Douglas' owned, Extreme Reunion promotion for Extreme Reunion 2012 which featured another bWo reunion, Meanie went on to compete at the next two events renamed 'Extreme Rising'. That is where you can find him now!!
